BODY OF WORK is a zine by Tom Craft exploring how photography might be reconfigured through new-materialist and agential-realist thought.
Bringing critical writing into relation with an expanded studio practice, the zine approaches photographs not as fixed representations, but as material events produced between bodies, objects, technologies, histories and spaces.
Through critical essays and material examples, BODY OF WORK considers how photographic subjects are measured, assembled and continually remade. As such, the series of essays ask what becomes possible when the less violent image ecologies are enabled.
